[Elfsea] Warrant for arrest of Francen

Unto the populace of Elfsea and Dragonsfire Tor, from Sir Alejandro

On this 30th day of September, Anno Societatis XXXXVIII, I hereby issue a warrant for the arrest and detention of Francen Whitenhale of Cheshire.  His crimes are 
*  Inciting the populace to rebel against the lawful rule of the Crown of Ansteorra
* Illegally arming the populace without proper authorization by the Crown or myself
* Espousing heretical ideas that the rule of the Crown should be limited

Centurion Gerhart and Lord Edwin are hereby deputized to execute this warrant.  The populace of Elfsea and Dragonsfire Tor are directed to aid and assist these worthies in bringing Francen Whitenhale to heel.
