Vittorio, thank you for the kind words. My beer was actually a Maple Scotch Ale. I had a great time brewing it, but found it very difficult letting it sit for 6 LONG months!

Greetings Ansteorra,
This past weekend Elfsea celebrated its 25th aniversary.  The event went well and fun was had by all.  Saturday we had a brewing competition.  There were 12 entries.  In the end 3 of those entries stood out.
Runners up
A California Pale brewed by Andreas von MeiBen
A Blackberry cordial by Rosa de Armanno
The winner and Brewing Campion of Elfsea is 
Finnegan Mac Giolla t-Seannain with an awesome Maple Nut Ale. 
Thank you to all the participants and judges.  I look forward to seeing all of you down the road at the next brewing contest.
