[Elfsea] Cub Scout Demo

I'm sure Loch Ruadh could get a volunteer or 2 to help. I will put the information out at our populace meeting tonight. Just let me know if Elfsea decides to go ahead with this.

Greetings Elfsea!
During May's populace meeting, we discussed doing a demo for the Fort Worth cub scouts at the end of this month. I just now received corresponence from them of the date and time. It has changed from the previous date and time we discussed during moot. The date is now Thursday, June 26 in the afternoon (1p-5p). The date we decided upon during Moot was June 27 and in the morning, but they are unavailable that day. Please let me know if June 26 from 1p-5p is feasible for everyone. Unfortunately, I will be unavailable this day as I will be working, so if the Barony wants to do this, I will be requesting someone to act as coordinator for that day.
