[Elfsea] Elfsea Defender Set up and Tear down

Greetings Elfsea, and Dragonsfire Tor,
 
 As Gerhart is is charge of set up and tear down, He asked if i would post this:
 
 Hello Everyone!!
 

 We have tons to do to get ready for Elfsea Defender, we are planning on
 being on site Thursday, April 3rd, around 11:30 ish. Storage load out 
is Wednesday night, i think 6:30 ish???
 
 Anyone that wished to 
help set up the event is welcome on site early.  Please let me know your
 sca name, what time you are arriving, and if you plan on staying that 
night.
 
 Elfsea and DFT are having a large encampment, I also 
need to know if you are planning on camping with us all!! If yes, need 
tent size for Mistress Asiya to play tetris with.   
 

 Remember, we will put up everything we can for the event, then we can 
set up our own camps...and then have dinner and drinks together before 
the main event!!!
 
 (PS what ARE we having for dinner Thursday night??  LOL)
