[Elfsea] Demo vs Workday

I can be there.  Question, since it's not in the library this time, could I make a few food items to be sampled?

Greetings Elfsea;

     We have been asked to do a demo next Saturday.  The request came from a teacher that was at the Arlington Library demo.  She teaches at Arlington Classics Academy and they are doing a segment for their fourth graders, of which they have 200.  She was very impressed with our skills and our knowledge of the Middle-Ages.  There will be vendors etc set-up as well as us, if we decide to do this.  
     We will have the Cafeteria to set-up in and an area just outside for our fighters.  We will need our usual support of Artisans, Fighters, displays and ambiance, ie all those wonderful people that make our demos the awesome displays that they are.
     I have spoken with the B&B and Elspeth will be there, Gerhardt has to work that day.  My question to you is can you be there are am I asking to much?  I know this is a short notice and I apologize for that.  My new job and my personal life slowed down my response time on this one.  I know we have done two demos in the last month and a half (and thank you for that) can we do this one as well?
     I know we had a work day scheduled for this Saturday but I believe we can take care of the two big pavilions at a later date.  As for the new one I will have the center and ridge poles finished in time for BAM and the perimeter poles are coming from the Tor. 
     I am asking for your input.  If you can be there, please let me know.  If you think this is a bad idea, please let me know.  Your comments will be kept in confidence.
