[Elfsea] Tidings for Publication in May

As was announced at officers meeting last night our deadlines for this
issue are slightly different than usual.

Per the Central Seneschal

Letters of Intent will be published in the Tidings on May 1st.

As this is a Friday (school day) I need to have everything in place on
Thursday.
To complicate matters, my niece is getting married on May 2nd so I will be
out of town in the evening.

I am asking for submissions for this month on or before Friday April 24th.

To sweeten the deal I will offer early respondents the choice of trinkets
or treats at moot. The Chivalric Marshal has won the race this month!
