[Elfsea] Populace Meeting

[Baron of Elfsea via Elfsea]

Good gentles, we will be holding court at tomorrow's populace meeting.  We
will also share our thoughts and ideas for what we would like to see in the
Barony over the next few years.

Garb is encouraged, but not required.  Please do not skip the meeting
because you are concerned about mundane attire.
