[Elfsea] January Populace Meeting

When do you want to schedule the Officers Meeting? That should be on the 19th.  And if the Officers meeting is scheduled for the 12th (the second Monday) it will conflict with the Elfsea Academie. Also, Diana and I were planning on presenting our bid at the Officers Meeting.

Greetings Elfsea;
     Just a quick bit of business.  We have run into a scheduleing conflict with the Bedford Library for this month.  They are booked on the fourth Monday already, so our Populace Meeting will be held on the third Monday instead of the fourth (19 January 2015).  I hope this does not cause anyone an inconvience.     I hope to see everyone there to start off the new year.
