Decided I'm bringing some sausage rolls. Given that this is my first Roundtable, about how many should I bring?

I'll plan to be there for 7:15 AM and help with set-up, too.

Good morning And now (as I like to say) "on to our next act" (after Crown that is). I am responsible for providing the "light breakfast" at the kingdom roundtable on Jan. 17th in Arlington. The church has a good size commercial kitchen with coffee makers and carafes but we have to provide everything else. So I am asking two things: 1) I am hoping for at least 1 - 2 more volunteers for set up and cleanup (I already have one; and 2) would anyone be willing to pick up a small item to contribute (maybe a pound of bananas, or 6 danish pastries or donuts, etc) I am told to expect 150 - 200 attendees and I have a very modest budget. Also, if anyone is near or passing by someplace that sells kolaches and can pick up a few (someone brought those last year and it was good to have a protein item available) that would be marvelous! I do have a budget to spend, so we don't have to provide all of the food items but a few different things to round out the selection (and to ensure we don't run out) would be great! The event starts at 8 a.m. and I will have access to the church at 7:15 that morning. Thanks in advance, and any questions just let me know. (see link below for more information)
