Steppes 12th Night – See YouAll Tomorrow!


 
Site: Corral Barn, 3312 North CentralExpressway, Plano, Texas 75074.


 
Directions: Take best routeto Plano and take US 75. Take Parker Road exit. If coming south on 

75,take the overpass and turn north onto the frontage road (do not continue onParker). Take the 

thirdentrance on the right (in front of the Hangout Patio Bar & Grill). If youpass Joe’s Crab 

Shackyou’ve gone too far.


 
Eisteddfod Schedule: Eisteddfodwill begin when Morning Court has finished. Morning Court will be at thepleasure of Their Majesties and Her Excellency. The site opens at 10:00 am. 


 
Food: There are no restrictions onoutside food. The tree course Sideboard begins at 2 pm. There are many, manychoices of restaurants in the same parking lot as the site. (It’s a big parkinglot.) There are many more within half a mile or les of the site.


 
Beverages: No alcohol canbe brought into the site. A cash bar is available, cash meaning folding greenas well as debit / credit cards. No tabs. (If you would like to give anunopened bottle of home brew as a gift, there is a large parking lot, and alittle green area where you can get out of the rain.)


 
Non-alcoholic Beverages: Per the Steward: “The sitedoes not want you to bring in popular commercial beverages (like Coke or Spriteor IBC Root Beer) or bottled water. If you like atypical sodas, or want tobring in your own gallon containers of water, or fruit juice, or Gatorade, orlemonade these are FINE!”Ice is free, and there is awater fountain. The cash bar will offer sodas and bottled water.
 
Capten Rhys and HL AlexandraNotte Clare are gifting the event with a syrup bar, so things can be added tothe water and the ice, or buy your favorite at the cash bar and bring it overto cocktail it up. (Capten Rhys has everything ready for Atholbrose, just bringover the whiskey!)

Weather: Weatherbug shows a slight chance of rain at 10 am, whensite opens, with temps through midnight in the high to low forties. Pleasecheck your local weather conditions, and check the traffic, and have a safe andpleasant journey.
