[Elfsea] June Populace Meeting (Monday, 22d)

Greetings, Elfsea.

Reminder: Tonight is our monthly populace meeting is *tonight* (June 22nd)
at 7pm in the Bedford Public Library.


   - *We will be voting on the updated financial policy, which has been
   available for review online.  *There will be limited paper copies
   available, but if you have not reviewed the draft policy, it is on the
   barony website under the *Archives* section. From Archives, click on "*PDF
   library*", then go down to "*Handbooks*" and it is the last item on the
   list (Elfsea Financial Policy 28 May")

   - *Officer Meeting notes are also attached* to this email for your
   convenience.  There will be limited copies available at the meeting.

   - We will also be updated on *Baronial College and Investiture* (which
   is this Saturday!) along with other summer/fall commitments.

   - Most notably, this will be the* final moot for Their Excellencies
   Gerhart and Elspeth*.  It will be your chance before the investiture of
   the new B&B to thank them for their service to the Barony.

Thank you for continuing to devote your time and energies into growing Team
Elfsea.  We are proving to be quite a dynamic force.  I hope to see you
tonight.
