[Elfsea] REMINDER for Tonight's Populace/Business Meeting (Elfsea Polling)

Greetings, Elfsea.

A reminder that tonight's Populace/Business meeting will being at 7pm at
the Bedford Public Library located at 2424 Forest Ridge Dr., Bedford, TX.

Due to the nature of the scheduled polling, the business portion will be
shortened and run from 7pm-7:35pm (or earlier) so that polling may begin as
soon as possible and continue until we are required to leave at/around
8:30pm.

Our Baron will open the meeting and I will only make a few critical
date/event announcements before turning the meeting over to the Central
Seneschal, who will discuss the polling rules and start the process.  Note
that detailed officer reports to the populace will be printed in the
upcoming Tidings newsletter.

* To use the MEMBER BALLOT: You *must have your blue card or proof of
membership* in-hand.

* Anyone without a blue card or proof of membership will use the NON-MEMBER
Ballot.

* Direct all questions to Mistres Asiyah Bint Mikha'il, Central Seneschal,
at central at seneschal.ansteorra.org
