[Elfsea] Elfsea Baronial Polling

Greetings,

I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for one of the most efficient
and speedy polling I have every seen.  I can't tell you how much I
appreciated your co-operation with me on that last night.

I wanted to remind everyone again now that you have voted for your choice
in couples for the new Baron and Baroness of Eflsea to please write and
email to Their Majesties telling them why you feel that your choice of
candidates is the best choice for the Barony.

You need to send those emails to TRM at crown at ansteorra.org by June 12th,
so that they can have your words prior to their interviews with the
candidates at Kings College.

I wanted to remind anyone who didn't get a change to cast a ballot yet and
you would like to there are still 2 different ways to get your ballots cast.

1.You can attend the DFT Business Meeting on June 14 for their Polling and
cast your Ballot there.

2 You can contact me at central at seneschal.ansteorra.org and with you reason
for not being able to attend one of the meeting to cast the ballot and if a
member a copy of your Blue Card or Proof of membership, if not a member
just tell me that.  Once I have that info I will send you the correct
ballot which must be returned to me prior to June 14th.

I also want to say how incredibly excited I was to realize the high
percentage of paid members we have.  Out of the 58 ballots cast last night
we only had 1 non-member ballot.That is an amazing percentage of paid
members who are participating.

Again I want to thank you all for understand and helping me out last night.
