[Elfsea] Elfsea Financial Policy (final revision)

Attached for review is the final draft of the barony's financial policy. It will also be posted to the Elfsea web site. The populace will be asked to vote for final approval of the policy at June moot on June 22nd. 

It is in essence the same as the current policy with some additions required by corporate and kingdom financial policies and also includes some suggested changes from the officers and financial committee members.
