[Elfsea] Rapier Practice Cancelled Today

Hey, Elfsea.

I'm very sorry, but I'm swamped with grad school this week, and I can't
afford to take the evening off. I have to cancel rapier practice today.

There may still be youth rapier, if Rix will be there and wants to run it,
but adult rapier is cancelled. (I will send out an update if she announces
one way or the other.)

My apologies.
