[Elfsea] Sunday Populace at the Park 11/8/15

Good day to all. We will be having our Populace meeting at JC Park this Sunday starting at 5:00pm. Our good Seneschal was concerned that this might be too close to dinner for some so, it has been decided that DFT will provide meat, cheese and bread for all who attend.  Also paper plates and utensils will  be provided.
With that in mind I need a head count to know how much food will be needed. Please contact me at this email or on face book. Janie Cason.
Now with this part being supplied I ask for the rest of the folks to volunteer some condiments, desserts and drinks or ice.
Please let me know what you can bring so I can pull this all together.
