Come enjoy a fun day of learning for the whole family and see who the Baron
and Baroness of Elfsea choose as their new Bardic and A&S Champion at
Elfsea Baronial College.  Elfsea Baronial College will be held Saturday
October 1st at First Jefferson Unitarian Universalist Church in Ft Worth
Texas.  A lunch sideboard is included in the registration cost.  The event
will also have children’s activities.  Check out our event facebook page

*Teaching at the Event*

We are still accepting teachers for the event. If you are interested in
teaching a class please contact Mistress Adelaide De Bourbon at
ldyadelaide at hotmail.com.  Please include the following information:
Instructor Name, Class title, class description, class length, contact
info, if you prefer to teach in the morning or afternoon, if there is a fee
for your class for supplies and any additional comments that may be helpful.



The site does have a very nice kitchen if you are interested in teaching
cooking classes. There will also be an outdoors area if you are interested
in teaching any type of rapier or chiv class.



You do not have to be entering the A&S competition in order to teach a
class.



*Elfsea’s A&S Competition*



This year’s theme will be our future the children



Those wishing to enter the A&S competition are asked to:

   1.

   Display one art or science piece. Documentation is recommended but is
   not required
   2.

   Demonstrate  their ability to teach an art or science by teaching one
   class.  The class does not have to be on the item you are displaying.
   3.

   Send a letter of intent including the class you are teaching for
   champion consideration to the baron and baroness of elfsea at
   Baron at elfsea.ansteorra.org and Baroness at elfsea.ansteorra.org   and send
   an email to our class coordinator Mistress Adelaide De Bourbon at
   ldyadelaide at hotmail.com  with all the request class information stated
   above.





*Bardic Competition*



Bring your best to the Elfsea’s Bardic Competition.

Participants will need to have three pieces prepared.

The competition will be two pieces performed and a third should there need
to be a tie-breaker.

Please picture yourself performing at a bardic fire.  It is the Baron and
Baroness’s desire that their Bard will be comfortable entertaining around a
fire.
