[Elfsea] Reminder: Populace Meeting, Monday July 25, 2016

Greetings, Elfsea.

Just a reminder that our July populace meeting is tonight, 7pm, at the
Bedford Public Library.  We have a bit of official business to conduct
related to the bid for Baronial College and will receive office updates
from any Baronial Officers in attendance.  I hope to see each of you there!
