[Elfsea] No April Scribal Guild Meetings

Greetings Scribes!

We are a busy barony this upcoming month of April. As such, there will be
NO scribal guild meetings for April.

My due date is May 8th, so scribal guild meetings for May will be decided
upon at a later date.
