[Elfsea] Cooks' Guild

Every 2nd Tuesday (including tomorrow) is Cooks' Guild. We will review knife work a bit, go over measurements, and review Cooks Illustrated's 12 tips to make you  better cook.

Oh, and HL Guyon will teach us how to make some of the German food he made for Mistress Lysette's elevation and we will eat it.

As usual, it will be at my home, 2220 Patterson Pl, in Arlington at 7pm. Everyone is welcome.
