[Elfsea] Rapier practice is on (tentatively)

Friends, so far the weather has held with us. I am tentatively saying that
Rapier practice is on for tonight. Keep an eye out here for any changes, as
it looks like the floodgates of heaven could open up without warning. But,
barring that, see y'all at Bedford Boys Ranch tonight at 7PM.
