[Elfsea] Rapier practice cancelled

[Rapier Marshal]

Friends,

The temperature is supposed to stay in the mid to low 40s, and will only
get colder by the time practice would normally happen. That is too cold for
me, so practice is cancelled. Stay warm and I'll see you next week!
