[Elfsea] Rapier Practice Cancelled!

[Rapier Marshal]

 RAPIER PRACTICE CANCELLED! Sorry for the late notice, but according to the
Bedford Library, the temperature at 7 is supposed to still be over 100. It
was predicted to cool off faster than this, but that has obviously not
happened. No practice next week, for the 4th, so see everyone on the 11th!
