[Elfsea] Archery is off- weather related hazards! and new schedule.

Archery folks- practice is off for today- cold, windy, and wet, with not much chance of improvement; keep close to the fires and plan for next time... also of note; practices from here on out will be 12-4 so we are not racing the sunset: hope to see you all for 4th sunday!
