[Elfsea] Next Seneschal is announced...

[Seneschal of Elfsea]

Next Seneschal is announced...  drum roll ...
  Her Grace Sonja will assume the responsibilities of Elfsea Seneschal in
January as I retire to a life of leisure. The candidates were all very
qualified and I'm sure the Central Regional Seneschal had a hard time
deciding.

Please welcome Her Grace as she works with me for the next few months.
