[Elfsea] Officer's Meeting - Restaurant Kitchen Issue

Officer's Meeting Info: From Across the Pond has let us know, and Caelin
was kind enough to pass the information along via phone, that their kitchen
will be closing at 8 PM tonight because of a water shut down.

If your plan was to eat at the restaurant I would get there asap or call in
your order.
