[Elfsea] Elfsea Officers Meeting Rescheduled

Due to several officers' scheduling conflicts, Elfsea's Officers' Meeting
is rescheduled to next Monday (06/24/19) before the Populace meeting.

Officer's meeting will start @ 6:30PM at Fuddruckers
Populace meeting will begin @ 7:00 PM
