[Elfsea] Keystone Meeting Location Change

Greetings!

Fighter practice has once again been slain this evening due to foul
weather. All Keystones who were planning on attending the Keystone meeting
please know that we are moving to a drier location tonight.

If you cannot make it we will be doing another Keystone meeting before
populace next week.  AND as always you can send Kaz and I your thoughts and
