[Elfsea] Braggart's War IV Cancelled, as per Society's Resolution

Good afternoon,

In compliance with Society's resolution to suspend in person events through
January 31st 2021, Braggart's War IV (September 4th - 7th, 2020) has been
cancelled.

While we are saddened by this news, we understand it was made with the
concern for the safety of everyone in mind.
