[Elfsea] Requirements/Restrictions for Elfsea Fighter Practice

Good morning,

As our first fighter practice is coming up (weather permitting), starting
Wednesday, June 2nd, from 7PM - 9PM, at Bob Eden Park, there are certain
restrictions/requirements that must be followed, or practice could be shut
down immediately.

Below are the rules all of us must follow (until stated otherwise):

   - Since practice is outdoors, it may be cancelled due to weather. The
   knight marshal, Lord Kristrodr, and rapier marshal, Lord Alric, will make
   the determinations regarding cancelling practice for their fields. Any
   cancellations will be announced on the Elfsea mailing list as well as the
   Elfsea Facebook group. NOTE: Elfsea's Landed Nobility and/or the Seneschal
   also have the right to cancel practice. However this should be far less
   common than the marshals cancelling practice.
   - Youth fighting at this time is NOT permitted.
   - Everyone attending practice must wear a mask and socially distance.
   Fighters must wear a mask even while fighting. Anyone (adult and youth with
   guardianship) may attend practice, even if they are not fighting, as long
   as they follow the mask wearing and social distancing rules.
   - Every fighter must show the Seneschal staff (Sonja/HE William/HL
   Silvana) their active membership card OR sign the waiver in order to
   participate in practice.
   - For the time being, NO loaner armor and/or weapons will be available
   from the Barony.
   - No baronial food or beverages (water/Gaterade/etc.) will be provided.
   You must bring your own.

These requirements/restrictions are being evaluated on a routine basis and
may change. Any changes will be announced with an effective date when the
change(s) go into effect. Most of these rules are directives directly from
Kingdom and/or Society and they MUST be followed in order to Keep Elfsea in
good standing.
