[Elfsea] Finance committee meeting

[Treasurer of Elfsea]

There will be a meeting of the Finance committee next Monday, Nov. 8 at 7
pm via zoom.  The topics will be to review the proposed budget for 2022
before submitting to the populace for approval and also to review the new
rental agreement with the storage facility (which has changed hands again).
