[Elfsea] Braggart's War: War of Legends

[Baroness of Elfsea]

Populace of Elfsea,
We wish to update you regarding Elfsea's participation in the upcoming
"Braggart's War: War of Legends" event. At our last financial committee
meeting, held April 24, 2022, we presented the event bid and the new
location of the event to our financial committee. With the current changes
in focus and location, the financial committee voted unanimously for Elfsea
to withdraw from the event as a primary participant this year.


We wish the event success and we hope it is both fun and profitable for
both Baronies.
