[Elfsea] Attn Baronial officers: 2023 Budget Prep

[Treasurer of Elfsea]

It is time to prepare and approve the baronial budget for next year.
Please submit your office's proposed budget to me via email no later than
next Friday Sept. 23rd in order for it to be reviewed by the Finance
Committee prior to the September populace meeting.  If you would like to
know what your budget was for this year just let me know.
