[Elfsea] Elfsea’s A&S Champion cloak.

Greetings,



At this time, Elfsea is accepting bids for a replacement of Elfsea’s A&S
Champion cloak.

Your bid must include cost of materials and labor.  It should also include
the following information.

A sketch of the finish cloak

List of materials

List of colors

A completion date is also required.

Payment will be made upon completion and deliver of the new cloak.

The finished cloak must be delivered no later than September 9, 2023.

Bids are due by midnight June 1, 2023.

The Finance Committee will pick the best bid that we feel that will meet
our needs.
