[Elfsea] Populace and Finance Committee Meeting Monday

Greetings,

Monday night, November 27, 2023, is our Populace Meeting and Finance
Committee Meeting.  We have the new Budget to approve and we will be
talking about Yule.

We will be meeting at a new location.

This is the same location where we have held Baronial College for the past
few years.

The Finance Committee Meeting will start at 6pm and our Populace Meeting
will start at 7pm.  All are invited to attend both meetings.  Hope to see
