[Elfsea] Elfsea Tidings will now be published monthly

Greetings Elfsea,

We have just received the good word that we may publish the Elfsea Tidings
on a monthly basis.

I will be needing submissions for publication in the Tidings by the 25th of
each month so that I may be prepared to publish on the 1st.

I would love to see articles and creative work you would like to share in
addition to our officer reports and meeting information so please feel free
to submit your ideas and work for publication with the applicable form
available below.
