[Elfsea] Financial Committee Meeting, 7/22, 7pm

[Seneschal of Elfsea]

We will be holding a Financial Committee meeting on Monday night (7pm)
before the Populace Meeting begins. On the agenda is to discuss the bid we
received for Baronial College. Populace members are always welcome to
attend.
