[Elfsea] Baronial entourage for Crown Tourney

Crown Tournament will be here before we know it. We are in need of
volunteers for entourage for Their Azure Excellency.  If you are attending
the event please consider donating a couple hours of your time and sign up
for an entourage shift.  If you have any questions or need help filling out
