[Elfsea] Elfsea Defender Update

Greetings Populace,

Please be aware there is a possible threat of severe weather in the area
for Elfsea Defender this weekend. We are currently closely monitoring the
weather predictions.

A final decision as to whether the event will be cancelled or proceed as
planned will be made on Friday per the Crown’s request.
