[Elfsea] Time to plan for Baronial College

[Baron of Elfsea]

Greetings my friends!

It is time for the Barony of Elfsea to once again call upon the populace for bids for Elfsea Baronial College. 

We are verifying that the church is available for that date, but anyone wishing to utilize a different location that would suit our needs is welcome to do so. 

It will be a single-day event with classes and a sideboard. Although there are restaurants in the area, it is a narrow selection and we would benefit from people not needing to leave to obtain lunch.
