[Elfsea] Deputy/Interim Exchequer

[Seneschal of Elfsea]

Everyone please welcome Lord Sigmund Ulfsson (Robert J. Gallon) as our new
Interim Elfsea Exchequer! He is currently serving as our deputy Exchequer
and will be taking over for Master Caelin as his time of service wraps up.
This means our Minister of Arts & Sciences position will be opening for
applications.
