[Elfsea] Passing of a member

[Baron of Elfsea]

Sadly, I must announce another passing of a member of Elfsea. Richard Rossow was a member of Elfsea when I started in the SCA. Several years ago he moved to Fairbanks, Alaska. Thanks to Elina for bringing it to my attention.
