[Elfsea] Retiring Elfsea Yule & 5th Sunday Populace in the Park

Greetings Elfsea!

As was announced in our newsletter, the final decision regarding Elfsea
Yule is to retire the event. If at some point a member of our populace
wishes to put a bid in for it to have it again, that is completely
acceptable.

In lieu of an official event, we are returning to the tradition of having
the Elfsea Holiday Party. This is a casual garb/no garb pot luck style
social gathering.

We are also bringing back the 5th Sunday Populace in the Park, an
unofficial social gathering between the Baronies of Steppes and Elfsea and
the Canton of Glaslyn. Our intrepid seneschals are working on finding a
location that will work for everyone. Be on the lookout for more
information soon!! The first on will be on 3/30/25!
