I have received your agreement to host a culture camp at the 20th Anniversary of Elfsea 
Defender, September 1998.  Please contemplate the following:

Guide Lines to be considered for the Culture Camp Chest

Their Excellencies request that you schedule time with the Chamberlain so they may be 
able to partake of your hospitality, your encampment and savor your culture.  Please contact 
Honourable Lord Crandall macCranon at (817)468-1437 (before 9:00 p.m. please) or e-mail - 
pcrandal@flash.net.  Their Excellencies request for you to select a time for demonstration which 
begin Saturday morning with Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner, and entertainment 
after dinner.  Last presentation time is 10:00 p.m. Saturday.  Suggested length of presentation 
should be no more than 45 minutes due to Their Excellencies busy schedule.  Camp locations and 
exhibitions are reserved on a first come, first served basis.  
Suggested areas in which you can demonstrate your culture could be: housing, 
decorations, clothing, food - recipes and cooking methods, social structure, entertainment, etc.…
The Barony of Elfsea is very supportive in teaching our youth.  Their Excellencies request 
for your encampment to schedule an activity with the Minister of Children, Lady Tanwyn 
Aneria,.(817)465-5148 or e-mail - tanwyn@flash.net.   Suggested activities include hands-on arts 
and crafts, games/sporting activities, songs, dances, story telling, etc.……
	Opinions from all members of the Barony concerning activities held in your encampment 
are considered in the assessment for the Camp Competition Prize Chest.
	There will be an anniversary booklet given out at Troll with paid admission.  If you want 
your encampment to have a listing, article, art work etc.… please send to the Steward before 
September 1, 1998 via e-mail or snail mail to be included.
