  <DIV><FONT size=2>I have wonderful news for the Barony of Elfsea!  A new 

  member of Elfsea's populace was born today.  Douglas Charles Macchietto, 

  8 lbs. 3 oz., 20 1/4 inches long, was born today at 3:21 PM.  Mom and 

  baby are doing well, and dad is just tired.
