<P><FONT SIZE=2>Having killed upward of 100 Javalena I can tell you that in my not so humble opinion</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>they do not taste all that good. However, the young suckling pigs and the younger</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>adults have a pretty tasty ham that if properly treated, i.e. Killed quickly and bled</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>throughly is as good as any pork.</FONT>
