<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Moving the selection of the Rapier 'Defender' to Elfsea Springfaire would add a nice central focal point to the event. I think that having it as the sole focus of Springfaire would be bad, but since we already have the Bard of Elfsea competition there, this would nicely split the competitions into three categories :</FONT></P>

<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Lyoness I found the Tournament style very interesting and entertaining.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I would like to point out though that the Chivalric list was not only a</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">major focus of Lyoness it was also the Primary Focus. The A&S while on a</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Theme and very very impressive was a much more secondary thing. At</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Defender we also have the Rapier Defender and Archery Defenders. These</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">are also major focus points for Defender. I know it is difficult to</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">spread the attention of both the populace and the Nobles to three</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">separate activities. Unfortunately I think doing this type of tourney</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">might subtract well deserved attention away from these other two</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">championships. That is unless we possibly moved one to SpringFaire.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">(insert gasp of surprise and horror here) Moving the Rapier Defender</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">might not be such a bad idea. It would allow most of the daytime</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">attention to be focused on two championships at Defender, Chivalric and</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Archery. At the same time more focus could also be given to the rapier</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">tourney without competing with the Chivalric Defender. </FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Now that the Can o' Worms is open who wants to kick it? Anyone????</FONT>
