have several issues for those of you that didn't attend the<BR>Populace meeting
on Monday, and one for those that did.<BR><BR>1. When I cancel practice due to
weather(or any reason) you can still<BR>go to the park and fight, It just means
I have decided it was too dangerous<BR>to hold an official practice. So if you
get hurt, I have no paperwork to<BR>file on you. In the words of our great Baron
"I am just canceling the<BR>paperwork"<BR><BR>2. Ballistas- The Barony is going
to be responsible for 5 Ballistas at<BR>Gulf Wars 2001. I have estimated the
cast of the ballistas to be approx.<BR>$75. If you wish to sponsor a
ballista please e-mail me. I have all the<BR>plans, tools and space to build
them. If you sponsor a ballista you will be<BR>responsible for the
following:<BR><BR>a. Paying for the materials to build it. Or build it
yourself. Again,<BR>I have estimated the cast to be approx. $75. I would
be more than happy to<BR>set up an assembly line in my garage and build them
all. <BR>b. Transporting the ballista to war. I will have extra room in my
truck<BR>and trailer for those of you that won't be able to have the extra
space. <BR>c. Ammunition. I can show you how to make the ballista bolts.
I<BR>recommend at least 40 bolts per ballista.<BR>d. Manning. 3 armored people
per ballista.<BR><BR>Please e-mail me with the subject line being Ballista(so
it<BR>will drop in the proper folder) if you or your household wishes to sponsor
a<BR>ballista. Even if
you
have already told me<BR>you would like to do so, please e-mail.<BR><BR>3.
Fighter practice will be moving to 5pm on Sunday starting July 9th.<BR>It is
getting hot out there so you might want to bring extra water.<BR><BR>4. I am
ordering rattan from Ice Falcon Armory sometime this week. The<BR>price is $20
per 9' of sword rattan, $8 per 9' of pole arm rattan. They told<BR>me if the
order is large enough he will take care of shipping for us, so<BR>stock up
now.<BR><BR>5. I still hold armor workshop on the last Thursday of the month at
my<BR>house. We work on loaner and personal armor. So Come on out!!!
We usually<BR>pitch in for pizza so be ready to eat and
