<BR>Ok I did not read the first post. I usually stay out of it since I live in
<BR>Shreveport. (working on getting home.) But as past Elfsea hospitilar if I did
<BR>what you proposed we would not have had many new comers and some of the most
<BR>wonderful people would not be in Elfsea now.
<BR> EACH person has different needs and they need to be met. Some people you do
<BR>best to let wander. Others it is good to have a series of classes for them.
<BR>Such as how to make a T-tunic. I have even seen newcomers groups just for
<BR>them that give some people the support and encouragement they need. If we did
<BR>not see things like this many of the great people in Elfsea and the area

<BR>to follow me to the meeting??? A friendly call back to check on the person
<BR>and make sure they have all the info they need. You have to reach that
<BR>friendly hand out. It is up to them to grab it or not. You really have to
<BR>believe in it. And yes the hospitaler need to know a little about a lot of
<BR>things to give a deacent answer with the direction to the person who has more
<BR>information. Being a Hospitaller is not an easy job. It also take the work of
<BR>the rest of the group to help you make it work.
