<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">With this letter, I would like to present myself for consideration for the position of Baron of the Barony of Elfsea.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  I have been an active member of this Barony and the Society since 1990.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  Through the years, this group has had 5 Barons and Baroness with whom I have had the pleasure to work with.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  While working with them, I have learned what the position in entails and I believe I have good understanding of the responsibilities of this position.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  Elfsea is a Barony long with tradition.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  Since I have been involved with the Barony for so long, I have a first hand experience with a lot of the traditions and policies.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </!

SPAN>I have held several offices including Rapier Marshall, Chronicler, and Knight Marshall, as well as a member of the finance committee.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  For 2 years I was the Central Regional Knight Marshall.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  I have been the titled King of Fools for Elfsea 3.5 times.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  Within the Barony I have also autocrated or co-autocrated numerous events, which include 3 Defenders, 4 Spring Faires, Several of the Fools Court and Revels, an event that I helped created.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  With the work I have done for the Barony, I have been honored as a member of the Azure Keystones, which is the highest service award in the Barony.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  Other honors I have received include: the Elfsea Ant, a closed service award, the portcullis, another service award, the Azure Grail (a baronial persona award), a Crane, a !

Star of Merit, a Thistle in Foolery, the last awarded Motley Shash.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoBodyText style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">If selected as Baron, I will find it my responsibility to help the Barony grow through the resources of the Barony and her Cantons and College.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  Communication will be the most important aspect of this position.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  As it is known, groups of people are happier if they have knowledge of what is going on and feel apart of the future of that group.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  As this position is a large and visible part of the game we play, I realize I cannot be everywhere.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  It is my wish to lead the Barony of Elfsea and help the Barony grow stronger.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  I intend to lead by example and work with the Barony as a whole as well as for the Barony.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">  By utilizing the resources of the Barony, Elfsea can then b!
